Newborn and Family Photos | St. Cloud MN

This was such an adorable session! Usually when I do newborn and family photos it’s with baby and parents, siblings, or grandparents. But this time, we had baby, mom, and aunties! Too cute! Baby’s aunt was actually the one who booked this newborn photography session, and all the gorgeous girls in these photos are sisters.

The funny thing is, mom and aunts weren’t even planning on being in the pictures. But I’m totally okay with being spontaneous, plus, I try to make all my sessions baby-led. And this baby wanted to be held! I’m pretty sure he knows how adored he is and was totally working it! Luckily, everyone was able to put together outfits and hop in quickly. Baby was much happier that way, and I love the way our newborn and family photos turned out.

We did also get some baby-only newborn portraits, including lots of the classic bucket poses! Although this little man was wakeful for some of our shots, he slept through most of the session and let us put him in lots of cute outfits. Even found time for some fishing!

It was such a pleasure to have this group in my St. Cloud MN photo studio! This little guy has a wonderful family and it was beautiful to capture how much he’s loved.
