Finally have my blog up and running, and I have the cutest first post to share with you all! Baby Scarlette was absolutely adorable. She was six days old when she came to my St. Cloud, MN photography studio for her newborn photo session. The perfect age! Those first two weeks of life are the ideal time for baby pictures. At this age, little ones are still super sleepy—not to mention nice and flexible for all those classic newborn poses.

Scarlette was so good for me! I pride myself on making each newborn photo session a warm, relaxing experience for babies and parents, and Scarlette clearly felt right at home in the studio. She was a great sleeper, and a natural in front of the camera!

Love the pretty colors we picked out. Scarlette had gorgeous skin and looked amazing in everything. After our newborn portraits, we did some family shots of baby girl and her mom and dad. They are totally in love with her—and I can see why! Loved every minute of our session together and I’m so glad I was able to capture this special time for them.
